 We have great pleasure in presenting to you the annual day report. Let us  we start the most important event of our Spandhan programs annual report reading of the year 2019-20 by offering prayers to goddess Chunamma Devi.

For the purpose of providing qualitative education to the poor and gifted children in rural areas in English medium we established Jnana Gangotri institution in the year 2013-14, at Gokak Taluk Rajapur village further in the year 2016-17 the institution was intended to open an English medium school at the behest of the masses and fulfill the desire of English medium education, which is necessity of the modern age. In the addition to this government of Karnataka Bengaluru , department of public instruction Chikkodi, block education office of Mudalagi under this the long standing demand for English medium teaching in English medium school has been fulfilled since the date 03rd  march 2016. After this permission has be granted by the deputy director to permit the teaching of English medium from the academic year 2018-19 up to 8th class.

As a result, all the exhilarating excitement of Rajapur and surrounding village has been well documented with encouraging support. At present More than 600 students are studying in our school. For giving guidance there is Head mistress, 18 teachers for effective teaching, 4 helpers to care the children and 3 drivers. Totally 25 teaching and non-teaching staff members are working in this institution.

As per the hymn of the lord the 20th welcome ceremony was held on 23rd  may 2019 of academic session 2019-20. In the academic year 2017-18,    4 students and in the academic year 2018-19     2nd  students were selected for Morarji desai residencial  school and they are getting free education and also the selection of Mr . Prakash  . L . Yadagud to the residential school is a benchmark to the school to the school quality.

In the current academic year the school children were selected to the Taluka level by winning first place in 23 competitions At Pratibha Karanji in cluster level competitions. Then on 11th September 2019 the children showcased the talents by selecting the Taluka, from the Taluka stage to the district stage in 5 competitions. Then on  7th  November 2019 memorization of English lesson of the district level Pratibha Karanji competition held on Chikkodi , in this our schools miss Aishwarya  Kodli topped the junior championship getting first place. She continuously selected two times for state level and made great history and surprise to all.

As for the Vivekananda’s great thought ‘’Great deeds can only be accomplished by great sacrifice ‘’. Like every year various national festivals are celebrated in the school very systematically. First semester exams were held at the end of September, and we evaluate exams and validate each child. Then the mothers meeting was held on 3rd October 2019 then there was break of 14 days of interval leave for school from 5th October 2019.

The school has reopened again from 21st October 2019. ‘’when we follow the impossibilities then only we get knowledge ‘’.With this thought we conduct opening ceremony of the schools new building with great worship of Navadurgi’s and Navagraha’s on 31st  October 2019. In addition Saraswati  Bijakshara mantra was placed on the tongue of the students by hands of Swamiji and also Swamiji through his discourse gave the children the knowledge of spirituality.

With this Karnataka Rajyothsava is celebrated on November 1st. The phase of the 19th Satish sugars awards competition headed by Shri Satish Jarakiholi Sir, was held in Kalloli on 13th  November 2019 . And this is the 2nd time in our schools group dance and speech competitions that we have reached the semi-finals. And next our schools Mr. Praveen Hosur who won the semi-final stage in speech competition and also dance competition reach semi-final held at NSF high school in Gokak.

Then there was grand welcome for new year by cutting cake with bustle-excitement and happiness.

‘’Getting experience from the nature is the real education’’ , According to Russo’s this thought we conduct two days educational trip on 11th January  2020 and teachers give the guidance to students about historical places , then on January 14th 2020 our school dancers won first place in the dance competition hosted by the Swami Vivekananda committee , under the scope of CRC .

As a part of the school’s annual function at the end of the January we held competitions such as speech competition, singing competitions, story-telling , memorization of lessons , science seminars , social science seminars and fashion show . And also we conduct annual sports meet on 30 January 2020 and prizes were distributed at schools annual gathering.

In other words we are proud to announce that the achievement of over 20 programs at our school from 29 May 2019 to 23 February 2020 has been published in the news-papers like Vijayavani , Vijaya Karnataka , sanyukta Karnataka , Udayavani , Prajavani , Kannada prabha , Kannadamma , Karnataka times , Lokadarshana , Hosa diganta , Hasiru kranti , Gadi kannadiga, Shikshana sourabha , Shikshana sele . Here we also proud to announce that nearly 14 news-papers, 2 weekly news-papers and in monthly magzines our schools reputation has spread through-out the entire state.

With this our school has made these all achievements during in Few years as a result of the valuable support of all elders of the village, parents, youths and friends. Upon hearing all these achievements we felt that there is no need to speak exclusively about the quality of our school education. Similarly if your support is at our institution it will be further enhance the achievement of talented children in rural areas and also it helps to progress of our school.
